Conal Keaney and I are running bootcamp style fitness classes for nine weeks starting next Monday week the 19th of April. The classes will consist of circuit training/core exercises mixed in with running exercises. The program is designed for Men and Women to help them tone up, lose weight and get fit for the summer.

There are 3 classes per week and participants can choose to do as many of these classes per week as they wish to do. The classes take place in Cherryfield Park Knocklyon.
