Football News 14/10/13

At the outset, our thoughts and prayers are with Ronan Cleary and family at this time. We hope Ronan makes a speedy recovery.

It’s Championship Quarter Final time this weekend for both our Senior and Minor footballers this coming weekend.

First up are the Seniors in Parnell Park as they face St.Brigids on Saturday at 4pm.

Our lads showed great hunger and determination to overcome Crokes in the last round thanks to your support of course. They will need you again to help them take a semi-final berth.

On Sunday our 3 Minor teams all compete in the QF of their respective Championships and credit to all concerned in making the knockout stages.

The Minor A’s secured a home draw V Na Fianna in what is undoubtably the tie of the round. Both teams are well stocked with county minors and a cracking game is in store.
