Ballyboden St Enda’s Youth Advisory Panel (YAP) reconvened on Thursday, May 29 th 2025 with a new group of 30 players ranging from U15 to Minor teams from across all 4 codes in the club. The purpose of Glór na nÓg is to meaningfully listen to, hear, and respond to young people’s voice(s) in Ballyboden St Enda’s GAA Club. The advisory panel discussed what they hoped to get from engaging in Glór na nÓg and what meaningful game time means to them and their teams. The group will meet four times over this next cycle; September, November, February and May with a clear structure around identifying key themes for exploration, projects to develop and opportunities to share ideas with all members across the club.
We are extremely grateful to the 24 previous members of the panel (2023-2025) and to the new 30 members joining Glór na nÓg for giving of their time to share their experiences and insights on behalf of their team mates and young people in the club.
