Ballyboden St. Endas GAA, Camogie and Ladies Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of its new Coaching and Player Development Manager, Jonathan Daniels.
Jonathan has worked with Leinster GAA for the last eight years. From 2016 to 2020 he was Games Promotion Officer with Celbridge GAA Club, so he is well experienced in working in a club operating under the One Club Model and promoting all four codes. Since 2021 he has been a Games Development Coordinator in Wicklow where his responsibilities included the management of county development panels and in particular the management of player development in those panels. He is qualified to deliver almost the entire portfolio of GAA coaching courses. His own qualifications include Applied Coaching (DCU) and Leadership and Management (SETU Carlow).
Jonathan is a native of Blessington, County Wicklow, and a member of Blessington GAA Club. He is a former senior footballer with both his club and his county. He will take up his new role on January 13th, but will be calling in from time to time in advance of that.
