Our Junior A footballers missed an opportunity to qualify for the league playoffs when going down to St.Peregrines by 2 points in Ballycullen on Sunday morning. In a disappointing performance , the away team just had enough of a lead to finish the game ahead. Boden only started to play some good football and show some urgency in the second half when they trailed by 7 points. A goal by Evan Flanagan in the last 10 minutes set up a grandstand finish but Boden just came up short. Boden now need one win from their last 2 games to finish off a good league campaign in the playoffs.
