Friday 21st of June was the date for the annual Camogie Mini All-Ireland Blitz at the Club.
This year we had 8 teams of 11-a-side in the Junior competition, with a further 8 teams of 9-a-side in the Senior competition. Thankfully the weather stayed fine and the girls were all registered quickly, with games commencing at 5.30pm.
All was run like clockwork, with each team getting a necessary breather to take on board the necessary nutrients, i.e. burgers,hot-dogs and sweets!!
The Finals took place at 7.45pm and Senior Club & Dublin player Ann Griffin presented Each player with their medal.
Many congratulations to James Murray, Jean Gargan, Tony Sweeny & Joan Feehan on what was once again a terrifcly successful evening, with all girls enjoying themselves.
