One Good Club 2021
On Monday, 1st March we launched Lidl’s One Good Club, in association with the LGFA and Jigsaw.
25 clubs have been selected to participate from across the country. The five-step Mental Health Awareness Programme aims to build and encourage positive mental health promotion from within our club into the wider community. This is achieved by undertaking a series of Mental Health and Well-being activities in line with Jigsaw’s ‘5 a day for Mental Health’ concept. The framework is made up of simple, everyday activities aimed at boosting mental health and the well-being of all club members.
Each fortnight we will be detailing lots of fun, health promoting activities that will bring us together as a community and have a positive impact on everyone’s health. The programme is all about helping our club, its members (young and old) and community to feel good and function well by doing the things we enjoy doing.
The 1st stage is CONNECT.
We have 3 activities to complete this fortnight and they are as follows:
Art Competition with some very exciting prizes. For more info, see here
Bake with Hannah. For more info, see here
You’ve got mail. For more info, see here
We would love if people could capture their activities and share them with us over the next 10 weeks. Post on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram using the hashtags #OneGoodClub and #bodengaa. And email your photos to [email protected]
