On Sunday 13 March, in honour of Kilmacud crokes ladies football celebrating its 20th birthday this year, Kilmacud hosted a half day blitz extending their invite to clubs from neighbouring counties. The blitz took place in St Benildus secondary school’s all weather facilities. Two of our under 10 girls teams took part.
Ballyboden played 5 matches each against teams inc Lucan, Edenderry, Rathcoffey, Maynooth and Dromintee. Both of our teams showed great skill, taking their scores well sometimes against strong winds. A day to remember for everyone. Again the girls did Ballyboden proud.
