The League cranks up again in earnest this week. Our Senior play Brigids on the Wednesday and Ballymun on the Saturday. Both are home matches. These tests will enable us to benchmark ourselves against 2 of the top teams in the league.

Next up are the Junior A’s and they will want to put their last outing behind them against Garristown, losing by a single point and they will be anxious to resume their winning ways. They take on Ballinteer in Marley on Tuesday 10/5 and are at Home to Craobh Ciaran on Sunday next.

Our Minor teams are on a ‘match ‘break at the moment but many of the players continue to support our adult teams. In addition they are currently undertaking the NADA programme and they will, we have no doubt, benefit from the programme in the long run. Good luck to all those sitting the Leaving Cert exams at this time and we look forward to having you back soon.

The football section is looking for anyone with an interest in photography who attend our games and would like to take a few pictures for use in the newsletter and on the club website to accompany match reports. There are already some talented club members providing great pictures and we would like to widen the pool to give all our members the best match coverage possible. If interested please contact Neil Buckingham on 087 971 0737 or [email protected]
