On Friday 24th September, Ballyboden St Enda’s celebrated National Inclusion Fitness Day. Children with special needs were welcomed to the club for a fun evening of games and activities. The event kicked off with some brilliant dancing. Huge thanks to Natalie our dance instructor. The participants separated into their stations. We had throwing games, penalty kicks and hurling penalties. The groups joined together at the end for some very exciting matches.  Our coaches from both the minor hurling and camogie teams made the stations extremely enjoyable for the participants and it was clear to see that they were enjoying themselves too. We would like to say a massive thank you to all the coaches and volunteers who gave a hand on the night. Thank you to Mick for sponsoring ice-creams for all participants and coaches and to CPD College for their very kind sponsorship of the event. The evening was a great success and we look forward to running another event in the near future.
