Senior Ladies Football
The Adult Ladies Football competitions commences this week, with the Senior A Team out against Thomas Davis for a Cup game on Wednesday evening in Kiltipper, throw in @ 6.30p.m. The Senior B team play at home to Peregrines @ 6.30 also on Wednesday evening. On Wednesday 9th April the League starts off with Senior A’s at Home to Na Fianna in Pairc ui Mhurchu and the Senior B’s away to Man O War. Best of Luck to both teams for the coming season ahead and all support greatly appreciated.
Under 9 2005’s
On Sunday morning “Mothers Day” over 40 under 9’s turn out bright and early for a match against visitors Kilmacud. The clocks going forward hadn’t the slightest impact on this enthusiastic group of happy girls or their Mammies! Four matches got under way and the girls displayed an exhibition of stylish Football on a lovely sunny morning. There are just over 60 girls registered as 2005’s this year and one can see great strides have been made with these girls since they have moved on from Academy last year. Special mention goes to the following team of Mentors who are now coaching this group of girls, Lynn Mulready, Paul Hogan, Karl Burden, Trish Bury, Emer Meade, Deborah Healy, and Conor Daly. Senior players Sinead Crowley, Orlaith Keane and Laura Basquel also assist with the under 9 coaching on a Saturday morning.

Well done to Emily Flanagan who was on the Dublin U16 team that beat Laois on Saturday last in Parnells. Both the U14s and U16s are out again next Sat against Meath. Dublin Seniors take on Laois in Mearnogs on Sunday @2.00 , best wishes here
