Two Community of Practice sessions will be held on Saturday, 30 August and on Saturday, 6 September in the AV Room in Sancta Maria commencing at 7:55am and concluding at 9:15am.

These sessions are for mentors of teams aged U.13 – Minor in all 4 Codes. The purpose of the session is to:

  1. Inform mentors of the supports that the Club’s Coiste Oiliúna agus Cluichí has put in place to assist mentors and coaches;
  2. Communicate to mentors the key policies and procedures that will contribute to the smooth running of club teams;
  3. Provide an overview of some  key research findings for these age groups.

Mentors of ‘A’ Teams are asked to attend on the morning of Saturday, 30 August. Mentors of ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘D’ Teams are asked to attend on the morning of Saturday, 6 September. It is vital that mentors attend at least one of the sessions in order to ensure that we are all working collaboratively to ensure the best experience possible for players and mentors in the coming season.
