On Saturday our U-14B camogie team travelled to Crumlin to play the hosts in the county semi-final.
Although we knew from our previous matches against them that this Crumlin team are well above Division 4 standard, our girls gave their all, and never stopped trying. They showed character, commitment and teamwork to the very end and continue to improve, both individually and as a team.
Our next game will be in 2 weeks’ time, when they will play a shield semi-final against Lucan, when a much tighter contest can be expected.
Thanks to Ger Delaney for the report and Keith McCluskey for the pics.
