The Executive and members of Ballyboden St. Endas would like to extend our sincere sympathy to the husband and daughter, Nick and Poppy, of former club Camogie player Sinéad Jones, née Aherne who passed away on Friday last at a very young age and following a brave battle with illness.
We also extend our sympathies to Sinéad’s mum, Antoinette, sisters Niamh, Muireann and Eimear and brother Ciarán who have been involved in Ballyboden St Enda’s throughout the years and to Sinéad’s extended family including her nieces and nephews who are members of the Academy in Ballyboden St Enda’s. Our prayers and thoughts are with Aherne and Jones families in these most difficult of times, and we remember Sinéad fondly.
