One of some 600 entries from local primary schools who entered the Art Competition organised as part of the club”s year-long celebrations of the Centenary of Cumann Camógaíochta na nGael.  The competition sponsored by Book World of Knocklyon Shopping Centre was a huge success and helped enormously to boost awareness of Centenary Year.

The club is deeply appreciative of the efforts of the schools, the teachers, pupils and parents who made it such a success.

Patricia Walsh did a great job organising the paintings for the Exhibition which went on view on Thursday night.

The Prizes were presented by Hazel Leahy of Book World, Knocklyon Shopping Centre.

A selection of the entries will be displayed in Ballyroan Library as part of broader camogie exhibition being planned by the club.  Further details later.
