As a mark of respect to former Chairman, Club President and Trustee, John O’Neill, there will be a guard of honour at the club on Tuesday, 18th of August at 11:30. We ask club members to assemble in the club from 11:15 wearing club tops if possible. John made a huge contribution to Ballyboden St. Endas during his lifetime, and many of the facilities which we enjoy today are as a direct result of work done by John O’Neill and his contemporaries. We understand that it’s holiday time and a working day for those who are not on holidays, but it would be great if you could encourage as many players and members as possible from across the sections to come to the club on Tuesday to pay our last respects to a great club man and friend.
The Summer Camp will be on at the time, so there will be no parking in the club car park and members are requested to walk or to park in Cherryfield car park if possible.
