On Monday night next 30th April 8.15pm sharp the Juvenile committee will launch a policy document which hopefully all will find beneficial. This is something we committed to at our mentors meeeting at the end of Jan. We would really hope for a full turnout as we believe many questions will be answered.
At 9pm we have a guest speaker to give a presentation to all mentors/coaches :
1. Time Frame 1 hour 15 minutes i.e.9.00 p.m. – 10.15 p.m.
2. Content: 1. Proper Movement Mechanics including correct techniques for turning/evasion.
2. Programme to develop Core Conditioning.
3. Procedures geared towards injury prevention.
If you have training planned for Monday we would appreciate if you could run it early or even a different night. We hope you find the evening interesting and we look forward to a full attendance.
