What a sunny spring day heading over to St Anne’s park to play against Clontarf. The girls started off slow but soon got into their first game of the season. The fitness training by Paul Hall was paying off. The girls played brilliantly. The showed a great display of all their skills. There was Sarah in goal who worked along side the defenders Saoirse, Maev, Roisin, Molly, Grace and Sheena. Our midfielders Alison and Georgina were passing great ball to the forwards Rachel, Clodagh, Hannah, Katie, Ellen, Caoimhe and Emily. Emily who alone scored 4 goals. Colm Bolger was delighted with the girls as they listened to his instructions at the half time talk and as always supplying the oranges. All were delighted with the final score 6.6 to 1.5
